Very poor customer service my first experience was when I bought the car they showed me a car with the windshield shipped on instead of replacing it. I notified the dealership in advance that I wanted to be a cash buyer and was traveling from out of town. They waited until the wire room was closed at 4pm and told me the only way to walk out with the car that day was to finance it. I brought my Maserati in because the check engine light came on. Instead of focusing on diagnosing the problem, I was given a proposal full of unrelated repairs, including an unnecessary oil change even though it had been less than 5,000 miles since the last one. We had to ask them to perform specific diagnostic tests on the wiring, sensors, and pressure systems. Every test came back normal, yet they continued pushing the same expensive, unrelated recommendations. It felt like the proposal was generated before the actual diagnosis rather than based on the test results.

There was no communication from the service agent, I had to call for updates. I was told they were extremely busy, That does not excuse communication in my opinion. It took over 24 hours to do an inspection of the vehicle after I brought it in for a battery issue. I asked to speak with the service manager Ralph and never heard from him. Overall service Sucked!

They were able to do my out of state purchase with no issues. The only thing I would improve upon was communication at times. It did take a little bit to get a response back but they always did respond. If I need a new car I would definitely consider them for my purchase.

Claudio was empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. He was able to confirm suspicion of what was wrong with my car assuring me they could fix the problem and got me in ASAP! I have a 2019 Giulia that I had rotors and pads replaced at another location, leaving the breaks spongy, dangerous to drive and with a bunch of error codes on dash. I purchased a used bmw at Arrigo Alfa Romeo and was pleasantly suprised. Daniel my sales associate never pressured me into anything. I told them what i was looking to do and he and the finance manager did the best they could to get me where i needed to be. I would look to buy my next car from them.
Claudio tries to help me and he does attempt to get the prices down. The work gets done and I always get a free ride back to the dealership to get my car. My main issue stem with the prices. I have some work done on my Fiat at Arrigo but anything I can get done at more reasonable price I get done at other service centers. For example, over $500 for a new battery is way to much. Daniel did a tremendous jog but all new buyers beware as the manager is very familiar with yo-yo auto sales tactics. They will tell you one price, let you sign the papers and the next day call you to sign a new contract at a higher interest rate and price. In his own words, you don't own the car (after signing the contract the first day) , you must sign the new one or I'll take the car from you
