Claudio was empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. He was able to confirm suspicion of what was wrong with my car assuring me they could fix the problem and got me in ASAP! I have a 2019 Giulia that I had rotors and pads replaced at another location, leaving the breaks spongy, dangerous to drive and with a bunch of error codes on dash. Service department was able to fix the issues and clear all codes as Claudio had assured. Couldn’t be happier! Truly, Thank you!

Claudio tries to help me and he does attempt to get the prices down. The work gets done and I always get a free ride back to the dealership to get my car. My main issue stem with the prices. I have some work done on my Fiat at Arrigo but anything I can get done at more reasonable price I get done at other service centers. For example, over $500 for a new battery is way to much. Daniel did a tremendous jog but all new buyers beware as the manager is very familiar with yo-yo auto sales tactics. They will tell you one price, let you sign the papers and the next day call you to sign a new contract at a higher interest rate and price. In his own words, you don't own the car (after signing the contract the first day) , you must sign the new one or I'll take the car from you

when I delivered the car, I was not told about a 3% surcharge for using credit cards. When my wife went to pay for the car. They told her that she’d have to pay 3% She offered to use a check and was told they don’t take checks what she was not told is that she could’ve used a debit card which we easily could’ve given.
